Bistro Vertus originated from a passion for wine and French cuisine.
At Bistro Vertus, chef Tibor Pals prepares his dishes in an honest and innovative way. Having honed his skills at, among others, restaurant Seinpost, restaurant Gaggan in Bangkok and during a long round trip through Mexico, he combines these influences in his kitchen.
Your hosts Stefan Verleer and Martijn Verbruggen provide you with dedicated service and excellent wine advice. Their distinctive and playful wine list (which is shared with Bouzy, wine & food) contains more than 200 different wines. Outside of the wine list Bistro Vertus frequently has many wines to make your evening an unforgettable experience.
Bistro Vertus welcomes everyone to dine in a relaxed atmosphere, for every occassion and at a fair price. Our interior is comfortable and cozy and our outside terrace provides a relaxing spot in the evening sun.
